Pharmacy First

Go straight to your pharmacy for advice and treatment for specific conditions.

Pharmacists use clinical pathways to manage conditions like earache, sinusitis, sore throat, impetigo, shingles, infected insect bites, and UTIs (for women 16-64).

Pharmacists can supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) for these conditions.

They can also refer you to other services if needed, or manage urgent repeat prescriptions.
