Mental Health and Bereavement Support
Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, stressed, overwhelmed, or coping with the loss of someone close, there is support available. Many services can be accessed directly without needing to see a GP first.

Bereavement support
Grief is a natural response to losing someone important to you, but everyone experiences it differently. Whether your loss is recent or happened some time ago, support is available if you need it.
Practical advice
If you need guidance on the practical aspects following a death, such as registering a death, legal matters, finances or funeral arrangements, the Bereavement Advice Centre provides free, confidential and practical information.
The Leeds Bereavement Forum offers information about local bereavement services and support available across Leeds, helping you find the service that best meets your needs.
